The Boutique Fragrance Specialist is a Dior Ambassador and promotes the Maison’s passion and values. As a member of the Parfums Christian Dior team, they will demonstrate a elevated approach to customer service and fragrance knowledge. They are to achieve defined sales tarts while promoting the brand image and providing high standards of service to our clients, with a focus on fragrance.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES SELLING DIOR: Conduct in store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopperSell Dior products by meeting our clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand D.I.O.R. method:Display the ultimate in Dior hospitality. Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stoppingConnect with authenticity. Identify and understand clients needs through the art of conversation.Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers including makeup, fragrance and skincare. Offer the right service and conduct it perfectly. Propose complementary products within category and cross category. Offer a global fashion beauty approach.Communicate passionately, always share Dior storytelling and educate clients on the brand and productsAchieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly & monthly basis. Responsible to stay on top of one’s own business and how they are tracking vs. goals daily.Master Brand, Category and Competition KnowledgeCLIENT EXPEREINCE & MANAGEMENT: Develop enduring relationships with existing clients in store and remotelyEngage new clients to the brand, through genuine interactionsLearn and leverage Dior content and tools (Dior Connect & Ipos) to register client data, drive traffic, develop client loyalty and take actionsAchieve defined goals within all CRM activities, client recruitment, development, outreach and salesBOUTIQUE OPERATIONS: Play an active role in maintaining an esthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environmentUnderstand and support merchandising guidelines and inventory management.Operate cash registers and assist closing daily revenuesPerform all assigned operational and administrative tasksMaintain and contribute to a positive work environmentAttend all offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.Demonstrate immaculate personal grooming standards in accordance with the Dior grooming guidelines, inclusive of wearing the Dior uniformFRAGRANCE CONTRIBUTIONS: Lead team as the fragrance product knowledge expert in-storeProvide memorable fragrance experience and advice to clients as well as personalized consultations in-storeContribute to the success and elevations of fragrance eventsShare knowledge on fragrance consultations and selling skills to elevate the teams fragrance skills
